As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a senior event manager who gets excited by big ideas, thrives on making things happen and knows that the difference between a good event and a great one is often found in the details.
Your role
As our senior event manager, you’ll be one of the key faces of Tabloo Margot.
You’ll work closely with our clients from the very first conversation to the final wrap-up, turning ideas, ambitions and sometimes a blank page into exceptional events.
You’ll combine creativity, commercial thinking, project management and serious organisational skills to make sure every project runs smoothly and looks anything but ordinary.
Because behind every memorable event is a lot of thoughtful planning.
What you’ll be doing
From first idea to final invoice, you’ll own the journey.
- Manage events from A to Z: briefing, concept development, planning, production, execution and evaluation.
- Dream up creative, distinctive event concepts that fit the client, the brand and the occasion.
- Prepare, present and follow up on proposals, quotations and budgets.
- Keep a close eye on margins, costs and financial follow-up, including final settlements.
- Coordinate suppliers, venues, partners and production teams.
- Create detailed run sheets, timelines, briefings and operational plans.
- Keep the administrative side of every project on point: quotations, orders, contracts, invoices and everything in between.
- Lead and coordinate event teams on-site, making sure everyone knows what needs to happen, when and how.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, suppliers and partners.
- Spot opportunities to improve the way we work and actively contribute to the growth and evolution of Tabloo Margot.
Who are you?
You’re not just organised.

You have:
- 6+ years of relevant experience in event management.
- A strong track record in client management and project management.
- A creative mind paired with a structured, precise and hands-on approach.
- Experience with budgets, quotations and financial administration.
- An almost obsessive eye for detail, in the best possible way.
- The ability to keep a clear overview when several projects are happening at once.
- You thrive under pressure, stay calm when things get hectic and know how to keep a clear head when the unexpected happens.
- You’re a solution-oriented thinker and doer: when a challenge pops up, you don’t freeze: you assess, adapt and find a way forward.
- An entrepreneurial mindset: you take initiative, take ownership and make things happen.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch, French and English.
- The flexibility to be present at events outside regular office hours when the job requires it.
